Description
Nepalese Driving Instructor Association (NDIA) is a professional group of driving instructors who lives in the UK and share common culture and language; however, it also welcomes individuals who support aims and objectives of NDIA. In 2012, a small number of Nepalese Driving Instructors (DIs) started to communicate with each other and felt a need to have a forum/group to share their experiences and problems so that they can cope and compete professionally as a DI in the UK. With this initial thought in mind, DI from London, Farnborough, Aldershot, Ashford, Folkestone and Reading informally gathered several times at various locations and decided to create NDIA.
As a professional forum/group, the Executive Committee (EC) decided to outline a constitution of the Association which will guide how NDIA function in the future. This constitution outlines NDIA’s objectives, guiding principles and ethics, organisational structure, decision making process, financial issues, and other relevant code of conduct. This Constitution will be revised as and when necessary.
