Description
There was a desire within Nepalis and Indian in Rushmoor to have a Mandir call it their own rather than travelling 25 miles to other temples. Rushmoor at that only lacks a Hindu Mandir. The Shiva Mandir and Community Centre Project was set up on 25th February 2008 following the mandate from the public to build a Mandir in Rushmoor to serve both the Nepali and Indian Community respectively. The charity Shiva Mandir and Community Centre as a Charitable Trust was set up in 2008 by a dedicated group of Hindus.
