As we all know, Nepal is a landlocked country. It is known as the land of Himalayas, Mountains, birth place of Gautam Buddha, home of brave Gurkhas (Army Soldiers) and its natural beauty. Nepal is a small country but high rich in its cultural heritage and religion and it has its own unique specification of culture, language and traditional costumes. As for food, Nepalese cuisine has many flavours of food to taste from different culture. Nepal is located between India in the South and China in the North, you can find the combination of both Oriental and Indian flavour in our cuisine. We use traditional Nepalese herbs and spices to keep our flavours fresh and we have many chef’s special dishes to taste.
