Primary Teacher - Lower Key Stage 2 (LKS2) Location: Windsor, Berkshire Start Date: January 2027 Contract: Full-time, long-term Salary: MPS/UPS, dependent on experience Primary Teacher - Windsor - January Start Reeson Education is working with a welcoming primary school in Windsor to recruit a dedicated and enthusiastic Primary Teacher for a January 2027 start. This is an exciting opportunity for a teacher with experience across Lower Key Stage 2 (Years 3 and 4) who is passionate about delivering engaging lessons and helping pupils develop their confidence, independence and academic skills. The successful candidate will join a supportive school environment, working alongside colleagues who are committed to providing a positive learning experience and helping every child reach their potential. The Role - LKS2 Primary Teacher Take responsibility for the teaching and learning of a Lower KS2 class. Plan and deliver engaging lessons across the National Curriculum. Teach core subjects, including English, maths and science, alongside the wider curriculum. Differentiate lessons to meet the needs of pupils with varying abilities. Monitor, assess and record pupil progress, adapting teaching where necessary. Establish positive classroom routines and maintain high expectations for behaviour. Create an inclusive learning environment where pupils feel supported and motivated. Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, colleagues and parents. The Ideal Candidate Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). Has experience teaching within a UK primary school. Has a good understanding of the Lower Key Stage 2 curriculum. Is confident delivering engaging and well-structured lessons. Has strong classroom and behaviour management skills. Can build positive relationships with pupils and colleagues.
