HR Administrator Staines| £19.50 per hour | Immediate Start | Temporary Contract until March Are you an experienced HR professional looking for your next opportunity? We are recruiting for a HR Administrator to join a busy HR team in Staines on an immediate-start temporary contract, expected to run until March, with the potential for longer-term opportunities. This is a fast-paced role suited to someone with solid generalist HR experience who is confident handling a high volume of employee queries and providing first-line HR support. Key Responsibilities: Managing a high volume of general HR enquiries Providing first-line support and advice to employees and managers Assisting with grievance and disciplinary cases Conducting initial triage and fact-finding before escalation Maintaining accurate HR records and documentation Supporting the wider HR team with day-to-day administration About You: Previous experience in a generalist HR role is essential Comfortable dealing with sensitive and confidential matters Strong communication and organisational skills Able to manage a busy workload and prioritise effectively CIPD qualification is not required Available to start immediately or within a short notice period (ideally under 2 weeks) What's on Offer? £19.50 per hour Immediate start Contract until March with potential for extension or permanent opportunities Valuable experience within a busy HR environment If you're available at short notice and have the HR experience we're looking for, we'd love to hear from you.
