Take on the iconic TCS London Marathon in 2027 in support of The Gurkha Welfare Trust. Runners will tackle the famous 26-mile course from Blackheath, passing many spectacular landmarks, before crossing the finish line on The Mall, cheered on by huge crowds along the way. Places are free, but each runner is asked to set a fundraising goal of £2,500. Sponsorship supports the Trust's work in Nepal, keeping Gurkha veterans and widows safe and helping them live with dignity. Confirmed runners have around six months before race day to plan training and begin fundraising, with a fundraising pack, unique fundraising ideas, and training advice from an athletics coach. All places for the London Marathon have now been allocated. Those who have won a Ballot place can find out more about fundraising through the information provided.
