Key responsibilities: Plan and deliver engaging and well-structured lessons that support students of varying abilities in developing strong mathematical knowledge and problem-solving skills. Assess, monitor, and track student progress, using data to inform teaching and provide targeted support and intervention where needed. Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes high expectations, good behaviour, and a passion for learning mathematics. Prepare students effectively for assessments and examinations, ensuring they are confident in applying mathematical concepts and techniques. Contribute to the wider school community, including participating in departmental planning, extracurricular activities, and ongoing professional development.
