Experienced Pensions Administrator Isio’s Pensions Administration business continues to thrive, growing year on year. To support our ambitious growth plans we are looking for experienced and member focused Pension Administrators. We currently have new vacancies which can be based in our Birmingham, Manchester, Reading, Edinburgh, Glasgow & Belfast city centre offices with a hybrid workstyle. What does the role entail? You will be responsible for delivering great service to a portfolio of Defined Benefit pension scheme clients and their members. This will include: Understanding and ensuring scheme activities are processed in line with the scheme rules, taking responsibility for all work to ensure delivery is of a high standard and is in accordance with client Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Providing excellent service to our pension scheme members, through accurate, timely and empathetic contact, via phone, email and web contact. Using a variety of tools and systems to record actions and manage assigned cases through to conclusion, providing regular updates. Calculating member benefits. Escalating any errors, omissions and complaints in a timely manner to ensure they can be handled in accordance with agreed procedures and within appropriate timescales. Answering incoming calls in an empathetic and caring manner. Producing letters, email and reports to an expected high standard. Taking ownership and responsibility for any tasks assigned to you. Developing your knowledge and understanding of the pensions industry by keeping up to date with relevant pensions regulations and legislation. Being positive and professional at all times to build strong relationships with others.
