Teaching Assistant (Resourced Provision)

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant to join our new Resourced Provision, The Nest, supporting pupils with Communication and Interaction needs. This is a rewarding opportunity to work closely with children who require additional support to access learning, develop confidence, and achieve their full potential.Working alongside teachers, SEND professionals and the wider school team, you will play a vital role in creating a safe, stimulating and inclusive environment where every child can succeed. The Role Will Include: Supporting teaching and learning activities under the direction of teaching staff Working with pupils individually and in small groups. Supporting pupils' social, emotional and communication development. Assisting with EHCP targets, behaviour support plans and personalised learning programmes. Monitoring progress and providing feedback to teachers and SEND staff. Helping to create a positive, engaging and purposeful learning environment.
