Description
Everyone has heard of the Himalayas, the adventure it holds, and for the people that try, it normally starts from Kathmandu, the enchanting capital of Nepal.
Anyone who has been drawn to the mighty Himalayas will be familiar with the slogan ‘Dal-Bhat power, 24 hour’. While Dal-Bhat, which translates, Lentil-Rice, fuels Himalayan trekkers on a daily basis, is a Nepalese staple meal.
Similarly, whilst in Kathmandu or any other part of the Himalayan region, including parts of Northern India, its guaranteed people stuff their bellies with Nepali/Tibetan street food, locally known as MoMo, Chowmien and Thukpa, which are the influence of the proximity of Tibet.
